Warranty

All Warmsome products are covered by the Warmsome Product warranty. The Warmsome Product warranty is a manufacturer warranty covering any manufacturing defects, including improper or inferior workmanship, materials, and design during the designated warranty period of 12 months. Warmsome will repair or replace any part that becomes defective within the warranty period. If you wish to make a claim under the Warmsome warranty, please contact our customer service. The contact details of our customer service can be found on the last page of the manual.The warranty period begins on the date of delivery. To avail of the warranty benefits, proof of purchase must be provided.

This warranty does not include malfunctions or defects as a result of improper, negligent or careless handling, use which is not in accordance with the manual, accidental damage, repairs or attempts to repair undertaken by any party other than Warmsome LLC, use of parts or accessories which are not Warmsome components, damages caused by external factors out of our control, normal wear and tear (including parts that might wear out over time) and battery performance. For correct use of your product, please refer to the manual. Repair or replacement of damaged parts do not extend the warranty. All rechargeable batteries have a limited lifespan and may eventually need to be replaced and recycled. Your own battery’s lifespan will vary depending on how you use your device as well as the settings you choose for it.

This warranty applies in the country in which the product is purchased and applies in addition to your legal warranty rights as a consumer. Your legal warranty rights are not limited or affected by this warranty. Business customers cannot claim under this consumer legislation.

Applicable law
The terms and conditions of this warranty are subject to the laws of the United States of America. All disputes arising in connection with the warranty shall be brought before the authorized US court (unless the applicable law imperatively designates another court as competent).
