We want every Warmsome moment to feel comforting — and that includes the experience if something doesn’t feel quite right.

Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and how to get in touch with us.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • the item is unused and in original condition
  • all original packaging is included
  • the product shows no signs of use, damage, or misuse

For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

In your message, include:

  • your order number
  • the email address used at checkout
  • a brief reason for the return

Our support team will guide you through the next steps and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is currently handled manually by our team.
  • Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with clear instructions on how and where to send the item.
  • Depending on the case, a return shipping label may be provided or shipping costs may be deducted from the refund. Typically it is a $15 flat return shipping fee. It will be deducted from the refund.

We always aim to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


Exchanges

At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning your original order and placing a new one.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.

We’ll take care of it promptly.
